Wholistic Tools: Life Review & Sharing our Story

Life Review: Sharing our Story

Each of us has a story – a unique story.

Within our story, there often resides scattered pieces of self
that have become disconnected from our authentic self.

One of the best ways to reconnect scattered pieces of self
so they can be reunited with our core BE-ing is by telling our story.

It’s a type of “belonging process,” whereby we become whole by welcoming home all our
scattered pieces of selves we have exiled so that they no longer unconsciously haunt us.

This lesson provides a “life review” form.
It’s a tool you can use with yourself to discover the meaning in your own story
and you can also use it with others to collect their story.
